Good quality product & good service
Purchased a Fatboy Rock & Roll with beanbag. The product arrived in perfect condition and took about a week to arrive, so not too bad. The product itself is big and takes a little getting used to (adjusting the beads for the desired seating position), but I enjoy using it and have no regrets. Looking forward to some long relaxing evenings on the patio :) Thankfully I didn't have any problems with shipping or packaging. However, I did interact with customer care before ordering and found them to be helpful and responsive.
