The only one with the customer journey! Time to time seeing some bugs after they launched their new product but overall I'm very satisfied. Especially the customer journey tool is top of it's class as well as the survey creator. Would recommend!

Was really surprised how powerful and easy it was to use with all the basic survey creation tools and automation. Normally these entreprise software are bulky and hard to use. I especially liked the ability to customise surveys and software appearance like logos, colors and fonts. Posted this review after they asked feedback from me.
