They know field service and the elevator industry. Built on a Microsoft platform offering security and robustness. Accessible from anywhere on any device. Real-time access to data. Power BI reports and dashboards. Integrated with Business Central for Accounting. Views are easily configurable by end users. Mature sales and implementation teams. Customer-focused and knowledgeable support team. They listen to their customers. I don't have a lot of cons or complaints regarding FIELDBOSS. Certainly, we had our issues during implementation, but nothing was unique to FIELDBOSS. Any issues or requests we had were responded to quickly. General observations for any implementation... document your processes ahead of time, spend a lot of time cleaning your data, and do not try to implement every feature at the same time.

Support is always quick to respond and provide accurate and detailed response to solve operational problems, which are usually caused by the user's incomplete data or failure to follow a business flow in the correct order.
