The company took my case about a 6 hour delayed flight ( CpH-Istanbul-Hanoi) in 2023. Yes, it took some time, but this week I got my compensation. Fought hard and won

I had several horrible experiences with Lufthansa ("RyanAir of mainland Europe", it seems!) in 2024 (planes cancelled last minute and next to no customer service help). Lufthansa had the gall to claim they were not liable and refused to pay compensation. "Flyhjælp" took them to court and after almost a year, they won all claims on my behalf - money well spent!
