I bought perfume from foschini online store (Bash) . Jean Paul Gaulter Le Male and Armani Stronger with you, These perfume are just fake I don't know where they get these bottles from, how can a store like foschini do such a thing.
Your brand service has plummeted
Your store's service has plummeted to an appalling low, and I'm not about to sugarcoat it. Today marked the second time this week that I've had to endure the verbal abuse of your senior staff, and frankly, I've had enough as a loyal accountholder with an impeccable account for over 20 years. Let's rewind to the first incident: I called CORICRAFT for a simple clarification on a line item in my quote, only to be met with mental manipulation and condescension. I had to endure being spoken to as if I were a child, and it took the threat of social media exposure to even get a shred of acknowledgment that I was right. This matter was speedily resolved and I have put it behind me as the manager and area manager have acknowledged I was in fact right and I made a commitment to continue with my couch purchase and other items to furnish my home. Fast forward to today, when I visited your store to collect my BASH items. While the lady assisting me was helpful, her pace was slow and she was unsure of a few things. But this not what pushed me over the edge as she was being a good store assistant. What I cannot abide by is the rude behavior of your so-called supervisor, Sheena. When I attempted to return incorrectly sized items, instead of offering a solution, she decided to belittle and berate me. Her dismissive attitude, coupled with her blatant lack of respect, was downright despicable. She interrupted my conversation with the store assistant to tell me : You can’t return this here, take it where you bought it from" I was confused as I bought this online and advised her as such. She was completely dismissive and what sent me over the edge was: Well I am telling you, take it where you bought it!" I found this tone to be completely UNACCEPTABLE. I told her that her tone was rude and I did not appreciate it. Her response was well that’s how you feel, but I am telling you……….take it where you bought it from…..and her body language of shrugging her shoulders etc was so rude and so uncivilised. I asked to apologise because I had felt affronted in full view of her staff and other customers she REFUSED. Sheena's aggressive demeanor and refusal to acknowledge her wrongdoing have cost you a long-standing customer. In shock I told her I am recording her, and what's more appalling is her blatant encouragement of recording and sharing her unprofessional behavior on social media. It's abundantly clear that she lacks the basic civility and respect required for a position of authority in a high-end establishment like yours. Consider this my resignation as a customer, effective immediately. I'll be sharing my experiences far and wide on every platform available, as Sheena so audaciously suggested. It's a shame that a store with such potential is tainted by the likes of her.

On the 2nd of March 2024 (Saturday) I purchased a refurbished cellphone through Foschini online platform(Bash) and the parcel was delivered to my home address in Ladysmith by RAM on Thursday and all was well then the next day as I was about to place screen protector and buy cover the phone on Friday it started showing crack and I reported the matter to Foschini Ladysmith then they called Foschini Gateway Shopping Centre where item was collected. I also contacted Bash support team through email and call but I am being sent from pillar to post without company getting courier company Ram to come collect the phone, so they can conduct proper investigation on the matter which I am willing to fully corporate in whatever they will require me to even willing to write affidavit at Ladysmith police station because I did not do anything or I am not aware of anything that I could have done to damage the product. I would like to get refund for the faulty product that I have received which was last checked 1st of January 2024 according to sticker on the box. Please intervene in any way you can because I believe the more they keep delaying the process to make ot more difficult or more harder for me to get the help I really need. I really worked hard to get this phone but the dream of having my own proper phone was shattered when I was realised what going on and no party willing to further assist me on this matter.
