The worst app ever invented. I can’t see my shifts. Is just blank all day !!!!
What a collassal waste
We should have went with the competitors. This software is way more complicated than it needs to be, it has bugs, bugs, bugs, and the training and post training support is garbage. What a collassal waste of money this was and shame on the implementation team for their unreasonable, our way or the highway, approach to onboarding new business. Stay away from Fourth! Your money is better spent elsewhere.

No function to log in or out, very hard to keep track of employees - breaks cannot be amended and rota just shows your own shifts so you can’t see who else is working - rubbish app

As a small business we found ourselves beholden to an outdated, overpriced, achingly complicated, user-unfriendly, software package with the most onerous 12 month notice period. I cannot emphasise how many hours of my life I have wasted attempting to make the software work for us as a hospitality business and am now having to pay in full for 12 month notice period.
