No communication
The order arrived today - thank you for responding here however it would be great to just have had a reply on the numerous emails. - No communication. I ordered my fragrance the 27th of November and have sent several emails to the only email provided on the website but have not had any reply. It would be nice to have clear communication regarding what is happening with the order, as the website only states it is still in the US.

Product was well packaged but that was it!!
Product was well packaged, although it did take longer to deliver than stated. This I didn’t mind. I ordered Samsara as I wore it for years and now struggle to find it, so was delighted to find it on this site. I’ve worn it for well over 30 years and the fragrance always lasted all day without fading. The perfume I received from this company however, the scent had died after 3 hours which was extremely disappointing as it’s not a cheap perfume. It smelt amazing when sprayed, just like it should, so in my opinion an extremely good copy of the perfume!! Won’t be buying from this company again as I never received what I expected to be paying for!!
