I meant to do this sooner but busy season got the best of me. I had heard from a fellow small business owner about how great this company was for their simple and reliable shipping options. With the most recent postal strike my business took a hit for a little while until we made the decision to switch to Freightcom. I had the pleasure of being on-boarded by a wonderful agent named Suzanne. Her dedication and amazing customer service was just the beginning of a really great experience. She was so helpful while I learned the ins and outs of the website. It’s so easy and convenient once you learn how it all works. (Not difficult at all, as you get a mock shipment session via phone when you sign up.) Suzanne was more than willing to answer and help with questions I had shortly after I scheduled my first pick up. She got back to me asap and assured me that I was on the right track with my shipping options. She even escalated something for me immediately to get it resolved so fast (no fault of freightcom) . The prices are insanely cheaper than regular postal service. Every package I’ve had scheduled has been picked up right on time and delivered just as expected too. Did I mention the price? I love that I get to choose from multiple carriers, with competitive prices and delivery timelines. The fact that I don’t have to load my kids in the truck and unload them with multiple packages in hand to go into a building and ship things- is my favourite part. I schedule my pick ups from my phone, print the label on my normal printer, and put it outside the next day and it’s off to the customer. I can’t recommend this company enough, and I can’t thank Suzanne enough for her professionalism, kindness, and support. What a fabulous small business solution Freightcom is. Highly recommend. It’s completely free! The only thing you pay for is your scheduled pick ups. I don’t even understand how something so convenient is free to join, but it is. So try it, and save yourself the stress and the money. And incase I I didn’t stress enough, top notch customer service!

Suzanne has been incredible helping us get our account set up with all of our parameters. It has been a very seamless process from the time we called to test the website out to actually using the site for our day to day needs. We ship very large volumes and have had no issues to date. The site is very user friendly, with multiple options for carriers, as well as insurance options. We love the address book memory, verification of residential vs commercial, as well as the pricing.
