Erinomainen siivous kaikin puolin, mutta aikataulutus ei ole kovin joustava. Esim. joka kolmas viikko toistuva siivous ei ole mahdollinen, vaikka viikonpäivällä tai kellonajalla ei olisi väliä. Ja jos on erikoispäiviä tai lomia, niin yleensä aina tulee jotain säätöä, mutta normipäivinä toimii todella hyvin ja luotettavasti. Keväällä saa myös selkeät ohjeet verovähennykseen.

Olemme olleet Freska asiakkaina jo pitkään. Siivouksia siirretään jatkuvasti sovitusta ajasta tai päivämäärästä ilman meidän hyväksyntää aivan viime hetkellä ajankohtaan, joka meille ei sovi. Sovin siivouksen freskan kanssa lauantaille klo 14. Ulkomaalainen siivooja tuli paikalle sovittuun aikaan, katseli nopeasti ympärille ja lähti 5min päästä. Siivooja sanoi että "I need some chemicals from car." Mutta ei koskaan palannut takaisin. Odottelin 45min ja sitten yritin ottaa yhteyttä Freskaan, mutta asiakaspalvelu ei ollut tavoitettavissa viikonlopun aikana, joten jouduin odottamaan ilman ratkaisua. Siivous oli kiireellinen muuton takia. Tämän takia jouduín järjestämään pikasiivouksen muualta joka sattui kyllä lompakkoon.
