Best customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a 12 seat teak outdoor dining table w/10 chairs. A week later I ordered 2 more chairs as backup in case I needed them. That was a year ago. Last week I broke open the box of 2 chairs to oil them while I was oiling the set - and I discovered - after oiling one of the chairs that it had a defect under the chair. I called Fro t gate and they sent me a new chair. I am soooo impressed with them. This was a year later and they did not say a word. Great company.

I've been purchasing Frontgate products for over 15 years and in that time had one issue, and they corrected the problem immediately without question. I love their products and the company does a wonderful job in the customer service department as well.

I’ve ordered from Frintgate for at least a decade and I’m continually impressed with the quality of the products, fast delivery, and service when I’ve needed it.

Do NOT get their credit card!!! Huge mistake! Despite the fact that I have canceled my card FOUR times, complete with confirmation #s AND a confirmation letter from them, they have repeatedly reopened my account without my permission and added on junk fees with absolutely no explanation. Total ripp!!!

Products are quality. Customer service is horrible. Two items. Black Friday prices. 3 calls and different agents, could ONLY see order status if provided a tracking number. Wanted me to repurchase exchanges for normal price while waiting for the return to hit. No. Then each agent kept trying to sell me towels while I was on the phone!!! I was frustrated!!! Website still does not reflect anything but the original orders. WONT be buying anything from them again. Period.
