Good Solution to Modern Tech
The Gabb phone was a good solution to giving our 14yo son a phone without having to worry about inappropriate apps or music. He still has his needs met (ie talking to friends and listening to good music) and we have peace of mind.

I feel comfortable about my tween…
I feel comfortable about my tween having a phone that doesn’t connect to a social media platform. Also, I can give more freedom to my tween because I know Gabb will inform me with a flag in their conversations.

Overall good experience
Customer service has always been top notch with this company. They have gotten better as far as ease of setting up new devices/ transferring service to new device. I like how on the phone you can either allow your child to add their own numbers, or as the parent you can approve/add numbers for them. Also it’s nice that the watch can now receive group messages. We’ve used gabb watches and phones for many years now for our kids and so far we haven’t had a negative experience.
