J'ai commandé des pièces détachées pour une machine à café. J'étais au départ suspicieux car se site est basé en Pologne et aucun retour sur internet. Après deux relances pour obtenir des informations sur ma commande, aucune réponse. Le status est toujours à 0%. Malgré le fait que le site soit en français, aucune des hôtesses ne parle la langue. Ce site me semble frauduleux et donc à éviter. Rectificatif : j'ai bien reçu ma commande 1 mois après. Le contact par mail ne fonctionne pas. Il faut les appeler et connaître un peu l'anglais.

Site commercial malhonnête car ne donne pas de suite en rembourssement après retour de pièces détachées comme indiqué sur leur site et dans leur mail. Attente de remboursement depuis plus d un mois alors qu un mail me disant que le retour de la pièce à été validé et réceptionnée. Pas de possibilité de les appeler. Personne ne répond 😭 Ce n' est pas faire honneur a la Pologne de se comporter comme ça ! du coup je resterai sur des sites commerciaux en France pour mes prochains achats.
