Genz Ryan is a very dishonest business
Do not trust this company at all. These people have been to my neighbors house several different times and each time they make mistakes that cause other problems. My neighbor purchased a Hot Water Heater from Genz Ryan that broke when under Warranty and they said the labor would be $2000 to put the new Hot Water Tank in. I called other companies and they said labor for putting in a Hot Water Tank should only be $250 to $350. They basically charged my neighbor the full price of a New Hot Water Tank even though she was well within her rights under the warranty. Genz Ryan installed the new Hot Water Tank and bumped a drain pipe. Water went through my Neighbors ceiling and now she has to get new drywall and it caused severe damage to her wood flooring below. Please stay away from this company as they are not honest and they are out to rip you off. Buyer Beware. The company also came out a different time and forgot to replace the electrical panel and it caused a short out that almost resulted in a fire.
