Fantastic products & customer service
I cannot recommend this company high enough. I ordered a special item for my Dads funeral which was significantly delayed and did not arrive in time (this was 100% DHL and no fault at all by the company as the item was made and shipped extremely quickly). I brought this to the attention of the company (by no means a complaint as I know this was DHL, however wanted them to know what a useless carrier they used and didn’t want this to let the company down.) To my surprise I received a heartfelt email and a refund (which was a total surprise), what an absolutely lovely gesture! The item itself is absolutely perfect and of very high quality, it now has pride of place in my mums house and is something that we will treasure. Fantastic customer service - thank you!
