If I could leave this company half a…
If I could leave this company half a star, it would still be too generous. Everbright sent surveyors out, approved the project, and then didn’t even bother to show up for the first scheduled install. When they finally came back, they immediately started spiking into my brand-new composite siding and new roof, even violating my contract by placing brackets on the completely wrong section of the roof. After they caused the damage, they suddenly decided they “couldn’t afford” to continue because my panel needed an upgrade and my garage needed structural supports. When I explained that the repairs had to be done by the original installers due to warranties and specific materials- and that I simply wanted my home restored to its original condition- Everbright refused and said they would “lay no claim” and just leave the materials where they sat. Then-unbelievably- they sent three of THEIR OWN contractors, all of whom confirmed exactly what the repairs would cost… and Everbright has still done nothing. No updates, no action, no progress whatsoever for an entire year. At this point, I genuinely look forward to the day this company inevitably goes bankrupt if this is how they regularly do business. This is, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional, irresponsible, accountability-dodging, customer-abandoning circus of a company I have ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about working with Everbright, save yourself the headache, the damage, the money, and the stress. Pick literally anyone else. Your house, your sanity, and your wallet will thank you.
