Environmentally unfriendly company
I ordered a belt and it took about a week to arrive in Greece which is no problem. The item was as described and looked in the photos so I am pleased. However I would like to address the packaging. For one belt I have now to deal with one carton box that was smashed during transportation and was covered with a plastic bag by the greek courrier service, one more plastic bag where was the belt, plastic buble wrap, 2 A4 papers, and one folded thin paper of gomez brand. Considering that there are thousands of orders packaged presumably in similar way, I find the company's policy environmentally unfriendly and will not prefer them in the future.

Moon Boots ordered from Gomez arrived damaged, with a loose seam and visible scratches, despite being sold as new. Unacceptable for a product at this price. I do not recommend this store.
I ordered a par of UGG
I ordered a par of UGG, and returned them as the measure did not fit. They received them on 3rd of Jan, without any information from them (I have asked the delivery company for the status). I have called them today to ask about the refund and they hung up on me after I’ve presented myself. I will definitely make a chargeback request to my bank and also a complaint to ECC, this is unacceptable!!! Order no. 26148318, return no. 4168428
