They took my money and have not delivered the product
I ordered pizza boxes and paid for shipping. Weeks later I got a call from a courier company in a twon two hours away. They wanted me to pick up the parcel myself AND pay Rs. 3250 additional shipping. I had a very unsympathetic response from a Mr. Pyush in Sales. And no response from two additional emails. I get other packaging products sent to me directly by more reputable companies. I would strongly suggest you give these people a miss.

Pls don't ever place an order with them, I've had one of the worst experiences with them and the sheer audacity and arrogance by the team is mind boggling. They took 30 odd days to deliver 200 Bags with follows up ( around 50 calls, msgs etc ) and I was told quality check this that and expecting them to actually live upto it. To my surprise the printing on the bag was pathetic, the printing alignment of all the bags are wrong, the print looks so distorted and dull its not even funny. After telling all this to them with pictures as proof they don't agree and instead ask us to check all the bags individually ( the website says quality check etc ) and after writing another 7/8 mails with another 30/40 calls then an offer is made that we would refund or reprint the bag once you ship it back to us and we do the quality check ( another 10-15 days ) After all this we get a call saying we aren't able to do the reverse pick up and they are asking us to the same. Such a horrendous and awful experience for a company which shows that we have great support team, we believe in quality etc. If you are going to be dealing with Piyush ( Head of Sales ) all the best. I have written to the CEO of the company also for no response. If I get any resolution and feel the need to make an amend to this review I will. This is a genuine experience and I am doing this only so that no one else goes through this horrific experience and end up loosing clients
Dont Buy - They take order but DON'T deliver
Once you order, they promise certain date, we have to followup with them and they promised each time that it will be delivered and order is right on track. On the day of the delivery, their team said the we are a market place your order was give to a manufacturer and since he has not yet started the work, we will not give to to some one else who is not even in the same city. When I asked about deliver SLA(from Piyush, product head), he said it might take more than 10 days aswell and he cant confirm on that. When I request to have a call back from the founder or person above her, he said it cant be done, WE ARE A MARKET PLACE and thats how we run. No one can do anything about it. I am sure he is burden to this compaany of any company he goes in future. NEVER CAN I BUY FROM THEM EVEN. Its my first online review just to make people aware that this comany is not good to buy anything Attached order details which I cancelled now.
