GTL is cheating our Americans

I have used global for the last 15 years. I had a loved one in prison so I was sending money to put in his account and also phone calls. The customer service was outsourced to other countries to people. We don’t even know during the time that I made phone calls, they blocked me because I complained And this was outsourced customer service people. They were rude and lied about everything. I tried to put money into a commissary. and they told me I had to deposit $86 because they charged me six dollars for putting in 80 unfortunately I put it in the wrong account and I contacted them and they laughed at me and told me well too bad it’s our money now when I did complain I didn’t get an American in this foreign person says I can’t do a darn thing and I’m not allowed to talk to an American allegedly global telink is located in falls creek Va.. and the CEO is Deb Alderson… I tried to call the headquarters and got no response so I started looking into this company and I found out that there is a class action lawsuit filed against them for 67 million on behalf of consumers that were cheated on their telephone calls to prisons. and it was granted that was in the state of Georgia. I think it’s time to investigate this company I live in the state of Michigan and I tried to file a complaint and they just ignored me. I think it’s time for people to file a complaint against this company and put them out of business. I have talked to so many people that they’ve taken advantage of. I think they’re greedy they outsourced because they wanna make that God Almighty dollar and they don’t care about who they hurt. Shame on them.
