Courteous customer service, great products
I ordered a set of bar stools,but realized I had the wrong size. I was able to return the set and order a new set that were the correct height. The product looks great and was shipped efficiently. The return process was smooth, and the customer service representative was courteous and efficient.
The worst I have ever dealt with
The worst I have ever dealt with. Good price on Barcolounger and paid extra for in room delivery. Got the email that product shipped. And that is when it started downhill. Customer service was clueless. Shipment sat in transit warehouse for 5 days. Then it was transferred to the wrong delivery service. Lots of phone calls and received shipment on my curb the next day, not in the house which I paid for. Long story short, product was damaged by delivery fork lift, I had to hand carry the heavy couch into the home before it rained. Eventually Hayneedle gave us 30% off for damage plus the extra $99 in home delivery fee. Beware of the drop shipper Hayneedle. They have little control of the delivery process. I will never buy from them again.

Never subscribed and keep getting spammed but when I try to unsubscribe it says ACCES DENIED! What on earth does that mean?

I'm being bombarded with emails from a site I've never used, and I'm "denied access on this server" by their website so can't unsubscribe. What a bunch of timewasters
