Sadly to say
Sadly to say. I’ve been remodeling my house for two years as I buy the items I take the boxes stacked them neatly .recently we have come to an end of the remodeling. A lot of the products are broken up. Cannot get my money back. My biggest complaint is they want you to do reviews to win a gift card that you will never get. I have spent thousands with Wayfair within just one year. I have bought interior doors bedroom, closet, doors, accessories, bed frame mattress, lighting, faucet, sinks, rugs comforters you name it hinges door knobs you get the drift, so writing a review on the product is not in the customer interest you will not win anything.

This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.

20pairs shoe storage….
We bought a 20pairs shoe storage cabinet. Design is perfect and I like it, but with some flaws. Main purpose of this cabinet is shoe storage but it is great for ladies and kids shoes . Size 10,11 men’s doesn’t fit , the doors don’t close unless putting shelves on an angle still limiting space and then you can’t fit shoe on the underneath shelf . Better size for efficiency would be 15” not 13” they should mention it in description that it is only for shoes up to 9 sizes . Who can unassembled and send it back. It’s really trouble to see a furniture outer is beautiful and inside is NOT. We angled couple of shelves but still didn’t get solved the problem.open door looks ugly. On top board there should be 2” high edge to make sure things be safe to fall. Doors have open spaces but still there should be knobs or handle for grip. Quality is light weight that can be tolerate but shoe size doesn’t fit is frustrating when you see door is open or shoes are piled up in-front of shoe storage cabinet .
