Customer Support Refuses to Delete My Profile and/or My Credit Card. Keep Getting the Runaround.
I reached out to Tend customer support on June 15, asking for them to remove my credit card from my profile, since I had cancelled my appointment. After a bunch of ridiculous back and forth with this incompetent team, and after they directed me to reach out to their their Privacy team to have my full profile deleted -- since they "can't" remove my card, for some reason (mind you, instead of just forwarding my ticket to their Privacy team internally, they told me that I must reach out myself and reiterate the issue) -- I am STILL awaiting profile deletion (I write this on July 2). I have looped in their Policy team to the support thread MULTIPLE times, to absolutely no avail nor acknowledgement. I keep getting the runaround from this incompetent, sketchy team and my ticket is still open. This has been an absolutely dreadful experience for what is, quite literally, the simplest request. I am so glad that I decided not to risk my teeth by using their services. Absolute joke.
