I love their products, but the sizing charts on the site are messy
I love their products, the quality, the feel. The website has nice presentation. Customer service reliable. Fast shipping. What I don’t like is the sizing charts. They are messy and hard to understand. For some products (for all the pants except jeans) there are no measurements. That’s why I deduce 1 star… and that’s why sometimes I order more knowing that I have to return. Because it s hard to get the measurements form the site.

Quality of products gone down rapidly
My experience is related to the products of Hessnatur, not the site hessnatur.com. I bought them within a few years on hessnatur.com, but also at zalando.cz. I would love Hessnatur to read here about the quality of their garments. Years ago, it was great! I have nice quality tops, sweaters, blazers and so on, they keep my company for over years and will do many others… but now? Some of them are terrible. What transparent materials, what rags! Only some jumpers remain the same quality. Please, do something about it and go back to your previous quality. With some exceptions, I don't buy hessnatur products anymore because of that. Especially the t-shirts and dresses are really thin, non-usable. But I would love to continue to buy here because the sources of materials are clear and conscious. I was a promoter of that style of living dozens of years ago but today, hessnatur, you cannot convince anyone by what you sell – the difference is not visible, not touchable, not durable! Your prices are much higher today but the quality is lower. You are doing a disservice to organic businesses by it. Think about it, thank you!
