This company should be ashamed of themselves - The poor staff break their backs day in day out with pay that almost amounts to slave labour - The staff are paid way less than a living wage and the bosses get a massive salary and frankly do not care about the mental anguish they put their staff through - They have been getting away with this for years and feed on the the fact that staff don't want to let their clients and families down - This is 2022 and this company is a disgusting example of the fat cats not caring for their staff or their families - A realistic wage would be £15 per hour and no less - The staff work as hard as nurses and have to incorporate training in to that as well - Please do bot let these slave drivers get away with this any longer - It is causing mental illness amongst the staff and cannot go on
