Peggiore non poteva ESSERE. Hitachi 32HAK4250 é un prodotto SCHIFOSO! Solo superato per il PESSIMO servizio HITACHI. Una TV quasi senza essere stata usata, d'improvviso appare una dicitura tipo MEMORIA ESAURITA che non permette fare NIENTE, né con il telecomando, né con il bottone. Nemmeno un reseat di fabbrica. VERGOGNA, VERGOGNA, VERGOGNA. Mai più comprerò un prodotto HITACHI. SCHIFO SUPREMO! Non è solo per i soldi buttati, ma mi vien da piangere pensando di rottamare o dargli a martellate (dalla rabbia) una TV Nuova, solo por un software volgarmente DEFICIENTE. E poi si parla d'inquinamento, spreco, eccetera! Chi permette ciò, merita la galera!

Me siento completamente defraudado por Hitachi y su servicio de atención al cliente en España. Mi bomba de calor se averió estando aún en garantía, y aunque fue reparada, volvió a fallar solo unos meses después de que la garantía expirara. Ahora me exigen pagar entre 4.000 y 5.000 euros simplemente para actualizar el software. Y mientras tanto, no tengo agua caliente en casa. La respuesta de la empresa ha sido arrogante, fría y poco profesional. El correo que recibí ni siquiera estaba firmado. Por la dirección de email, deduzco que me estaba atendiendo Jose Antonio Maestro Elena, pero no tuvo ni la cortesía básica de presentarse. El tono del mensaje fue seco y nada empático: ni una disculpa, ni una propuesta de solución, solo una factura desorbitada y cero humanidad. Hitachi tuvo la oportunidad de actuar con responsabilidad: ofrecer una ayuda, cuidar su imagen como empresa y no dejar tirado a un cliente. Pero prefirieron lavarse las manos, dejando a alguien sin agua caliente y con un presupuesto inasumible. No todo el mundo puede permitirse pagar 5.000 euros para reparar un sistema que ya ha fallado antes, y encima con la incertidumbre de que pueda volver a fallar en cualquier momento. Esta experiencia demuestra una falta total de responsabilidad y compromiso por parte de Hitachi. Si buscas fiabilidad, seriedad y un buen servicio postventa, recomiendo que busques otra marca.

TV de mala calidad con fallos constantes y cuyo sistema operativo deja de funcionar a los 3 años. El servicio técnico no da respuesta después de dos semanas. Optamos comprar otra TV pero nunca más compraremos nada de Hitachi.
