They have zero customer service. Hodinkee submitted incorrect amount for watch. Very much higher than what I paid. Now I am being asked to pay the wrong duties. No response from their customer service. Multiple follow up emails, zero reply. NEVER buy from Hodinkee. Shockingly Disappointing for an organistion and Ben Clymer. They were suppose to make our hobby fun.
