DW915 doorbell Bought this product specifically to customise the chimes. 1. no USB cable provided, despite their corporate youtube assuring it was. Found an old Kindle cable that works. 2. Device not recognised by PC - possibly a firmware issue, need an old USB 2.0 port. Dug out old pc still not working. Tried a different cable still not working. 3. Contacted Honeywell support. They put you through to a paid service "only £1, fully refundable" - charged £24.00 to fix a Honeywell issue on a device costing £57.00. I didnt pay for the expert - returned the product. Turns out its not a Honeywell product Resideo Europe: These guys were super helpful. Phone: +44 300 130 1299 Turns out i needed a DC917 - works as advertised.
Loud Honeywell central heating DT2 thermostat!
Honeywell central heating thermostat (Home DT2 Digital Room Thermostat) bought. It's relay switch (to activate heating on/off) was so loud it could wake you from sleep on the floor above the hall! The helpline were very nice/helpful and very knowledgeable but I felt they already knew about this product quirk. Think the product should be removed/upgraded. Previous Honeywell products have been great - just not this one unfortunately. Item returned and a competitor's thermostat purchased. Sorry on this occasion Honeywell but I will still use you in future-hoping this is a one off
Customer Support: Indifferent and Unhelpful
Customer support was no more helpful than a Google search. Contacted support 2x in 2 days and spoke with 2 different representtives about adding additional functions and devices to a RedLINK wireless thermostat system. Both seemed distracted and indifferent and neither seemed knowledgable about the products. Total waste of time. Because of the "Honeywell Experience" we're planning to ditch the Honeywell Equipment and replace it with a system that's less expensive, with more functionality and support that is responsive.

I had new Boiler fitted, they also installed the honeywell t3r thermostat.I find it too complicated to programme, set the time, in fact every thing about it is utter rubbishi would day to people thinking of buying one IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY DONT GET THIS MAKE.I could cry out of frustration.I am going to get a easoer user friendly one
Very Poor Customer Service
Installed wifi enabled thermostat yesterday at mountain cabin, 2 hours from home. Drove home right after installation because weather forecast indicated potential for snow and ice on roads. Tried to register product as instructed by installer in order to have remote control. After inputting necessary info was instructed to physically turn down thermostat to 44 to complete registration. Nothing in the written materials said this would would be required nor did the installer. When I called Honeywell and explained the situation I was told nothing the requirement must be met. When I explained further and mentioned this could be a liability issue for them I was still told nothing could be done. Forewarned, it could be resolved, but not knowing leaves me in vulnerable position on the roads currently if I drive back up, and for a potential temperature related incident in the cabin if I don't. This strikes me as unnecessarily poor & uncaring customer service.
