Saved a lot of time
Had to do a lot less reviewing of office space myself, the requirements we had were taken and a shortlist provided from which we down selected a few options which then had viewings arranged for. We then had help negotiating the rent for our chosen space, and all that communication was handled so we just had to sign the agreement. Very efficient
