Unfortunately, this company is terrible at customer service. The only way to contact them, is to create an account and then email them. They have disabled all their phone numbers. It is impossible to get in contact with a customer service rep about the product unless you are willing to create an account. I do not recommend this company. If they do not allow a phone number, then it obviously means they have been getting calls they don't want to deal with or they are high pressure sales.
