Humana Federal Standard Advantage EPO
Issues with Humana Federal Standard Advantage EPO which is dental coverage through OPM and FEDVIP. This started on 11182025 after dentist got estimate on what Humana would pay and told me my cost. didn't get the procedure. Just had office visit exam/x-ray. Since then myHumana account shows the $1400 claim and that I owe most of it. I didNOT get the work done and have tried to file a full appeal explaining this. Humana site says to upload up to 3 documents less than 5 MG each to substantiate an appeal or grievance. I've tried 4 times, but Humana's site will not upload a 3.3 MG PDF. Now I'll file a complaint with OPM and FEDVIP program, make a change in insurance as soon as I can and provide my experiences with Humana to anyone who will listen.

Such a bad experience with this company. No one knows what the hell their doing. Spent 30 minutes being passed back and forth and NO ONE knew what the hell their doing and their coverage SUCKS. Stay away from this company.

When contacting Humana about a bill they had already paid and the provider said they didn't pay they took not only that payment back but ANOTHER payment back.

Just got health care from humana coming from UnitedHealth. I got the gold plus Diabetes and heart plan. Found out today going to the Ymca to do some walking that my plan doesn't provide the silver sneakers benefit. Now I'm confused by the name of this plan is it promoting diabetes and heart disease by not providing members with the tools that prevent these symptoms. Humana please help your members battle these condition or rename your plan from gold to increased.

Among the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. We pay monthly. It has been impossible for months to talk with anyone or get an understandable explanation for how the 19-year-old child of one of our employees enrolled in Humana healthcare submits a claim now that he’s over 18.
