High quality products and with better…
High quality products and with better price than other similar companies. Got their keyboard "HyperX Alloy Origins" and it's an amazing keyboard. Got their headset and SSD and I can't say anything bad about them either. Definitely one of the great gaming companies out there. Highly recommended.
HyperX... Amazing Audio Products
I have been using HyperX products for years. I started with the Cloud II Headset for gaming, streaming and content creation. A year ago, I switched mics to the HyperX Quadcast S and loved it as soon as I plugged it in. Hiqh quality sound that blows other companies out of the water!
Customer Service barely exists
Absolute pain to speak to anyone, customer services is via email only and its hit and miss whether they will answer your question or you have to ask again, so to get a problem resolved took almost a week of back and forth and many chasing emails. In the end I had to threaten a chargeback to get a response and a refund. Would never ever buy from again even if they were 50% cheaper than everywhere else.
Expensive ssd failed with very little use but out of warranty so I'm stuffed. Rubbish!
I had an SSD which had been used as camera storage only twice. It developed a fault and became useless. This was an expensive purchase! Warranty turns out to be 3 years! Doesn't reflect confidence in a product that holds crucial data. No luck in getting a replacement,
