The slow decline of icebreaker
I've been using icebreaker clothing since 2004. Almost 22 years later, I'm starting to give up. The interesting range of casual clothing is gone, the quality has plummeted, customer service has plummeted. The website reorganisation has been the last straw - every time I make a basket and go away for a few hours, it kicks me out and I need to collect the items all over again. Gone is the wholesome business of the past, now it's just corporate cynicism. I'm done.
