Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Trying to get a solution for a month now since i reveived a defect item. Submitted a request through the portal and they replied once and requested pictures as proof of the defect which I sent immediately. However, since then absolute silence. Sent few reminders, more pictures, no replies. Called the service desk 3 times, operators at the phone are not allowed to take any action and promise you that IKKS will answer shortly which does not happen. Used to be a big fan of the brand but my experience with their customers service has completely changed my mind. A pitty...
