Useless, complicated
Worst travel app ever. Can’t buy a ticket without logging in AGAIN. Can’t login AGAIN. Can’t reset password AGAIN. Can’t leave password reset page AGAIN.

As family of 3 -1 adult,1teen and 8 yr old Used 1 week navigo card absolutely and easy to use. Very economical and includes bus, tram, train Had to get a photo at the booth , which was a bit expensive 25 euros
An OK and cheap transport from the airport! One needs assistance as it is IMPOSSIBLE without
Hubby and I used this service to get from Paris' airport to the city center where our hotel was. We followed the signs where the trains should be and found a couple workers for this company who showed us which machine to use to purchase tickets. It worked out perfectly to the city center. However on the way back we could NOT/did NOT/would NOT use this service. We took a taxi to the airport. The train station was complete CHAOS! Improvements NEED to made to this system.
Terrible and disgraceful
It was terrible. The product I purchased on my phone didn't work, and nobody could tell me why - there was no error on my side. Still, several service members seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. I asked to exchange for a subscription that did work, but they couldn't help me, so I had to buy a new subscription. I requested a reimbursement for my first subscription, but again they couldn't help me and said I should contact the company. Calling the company didn't work for me (I speak only a bit of French, and couldn't find an English option), and contacting customer service was nearly impossible through the app, because I kept being referred to the FAQ, and my text kept bouncing due to app limitations. Eventually, I managed to asked for a reimbursement via the app. I was answered asking for more info via a no-reply e-mail address! With a lot of effort, I managed to provide the info again through the app. Then, after several days, I was again asked for more info through the same no-reply e-mail address. Again I ultimately provided it and asked if it would be possible to receive an answer via an e-mail address I could actually reply to. After all, I have all relevant documentation available. Then they just stopped answering (it has been a few weeks now). All in all, it was a disgrace.
Garbage apps and garbage services from…
Garbage apps and garbage services from a truly garbage organization. IDFM is the WORST public transit service provider in Europe, and very possibly the world. The froggy clowns can't do a single thing right, and they never try to. And of course, there is literally no customer service of note to complain to.
