Dear Stephen, This is completely misleading feedback. First of all, a full SaaS system is built for the amount you mentioned, for the whole year. And here you are, pointing out one specific issue (which could have been solved had we received your support). Secondly, you are working with third-party providers who refused to provide all the required data via API. Hence, we utilized Selenium to get all the required data. However, a new problem arose (2FA, which we were never informed about), which we discovered can be resolved by using a Chrome extension. And from then, you started asking why we did not use the Chrome extension from the first day, doubting our capabilities around it. While we tried to explain that we used Selenium to have a better performance, you didn’t have anyone at your end who understood the technical impact of that. Lastly, we tried to show you every alternate approach, spending several extra hours that we didn’t even bill you. We even offered to implement corrective logic in our code if the calculation details were provided. You could not provide this data to us. We have this on record as well. Being in the IT field yourself, I am sure you are well aware of the difference between code/methodology and API data dependencies. Even the project manager you appointed confirmed there was no issue with the coding, but rather with the data being supplied. We have been building complex enterprise-level systems for the last 13 years, with 99% of our clients extremely happy about the results we provided. If we built something for the last 12 months with you, we really expected you to trust our capabilities around providing you with the results you need. This is really disappointing to see that after putting so much effort, before and on the project, trying to help you in every possible way, we are getting such a review from you.
