Great customer service this month.
I have been a customer since 2014. I had an issue with my new Inogen One G5. The company responded within 12 hours to resolve my issue as best they could. I was very impressed with their compassion and prompt service.

Sales person was great. I have the oxygen conentrator for home. I would have wished the on/off button was larger and more pronounced (bulge up more) because with my older oxygen concentrator I did not have to turn on the light to turn it on or off, but I do now.
