I booked a few sessions with two experts, one in marketing and the other who is the founder of Nextdoor. I really enjoyed the experience and thought the information was valuable. We implemented the feedback we received and have already seen additional growth. We’re doing $40M in revenue and for us, the right information can help us make a relatively higher amount in revenue.
They changed their fees to 50% without disclosing any changes. Horrible.
I have an account and offer career coaching on Intro. In a recent session they took a 50% fee without disclosing any changes! For the last few years the fee was closer to 10%. Highway robbery. Totally disgusted with what was once a useful service.

Total scam. I had already been talking with the founder had a personal relationship. She says hey “here’s a free call on intro. I’m gonna use it now as my calendar application to schedule mtngs” We get on the call start talking. I get a bill $600 charge. what? She goes oh I guess we went over our 15 minutes Such a scam. Such a scam of course I told the company and they won’t refund me run away from this company as soon as you can there will be articles about how they are total hucksters terrible horrible if I could give a -5 I would

I happen to engage a "so-called VC expert" from intro. He will only advise and offer nothing but giving directions in a video call. The advise is very expensive and it simply doesn't add up to a 15 dollar course in Udemy. I would suggest any entrepreneurs not to waste your resources on apps like this. And intro is charging credit card without seeking permission, I have to call bank and ask them to cancel charges. I hate to give condescending feedback but there is no real value in this app and their services.
