To address your feedback specifically, a member of the team took a look at you account and identified a couple of reasons for the suspension: 1. The account name (or company name) was set to ‘Student’ and since we don’t support academic use, the account was flagged. 2. The two targets you added didn’t correlate with the email domain used to sign-up (which can be indicative of a user scanning other people’s property). Both of these can trigger a suspension and when that happens an email is automatically sent explaining the situation and how it can be resolved. We were able to confirm that an email was delivered, though we understand that sometimes they do get missed. We believe this may have also happened to an email that was sent by a member of commercial team offering a call. As for the bot, it offers two options for establishing a user’s authority to scan a target, both of which connect you with a member of the team as they’re the ones that can manually verify this and reverse the suspension. We were only able to find one interaction between yourself and the bot, but as you didn’t click any of the options it automatically closed after three minutes. (Though you can reopen a ticket at anytime by replying or clicking a button).
