One of the most unreliable service. I wanted some Thali gift sets to present to guests on my son's wedding. They completely let us down for online order. Banks says they have paid the merchant and these people close it saying they have not received. I managed to order cash on arrival through a relative as it was urgent for me to get some gift articles. Ordered 12 sets and they arrived as multiple deliveries. One of set was completely wrong set and one plate had a large hole in it. I cannot even imagine how a brass plate can have a hole!! OMG - Do not buy anything from them without seeing the item yourself. Customer service is one of the worst and they do not respond on how to solve the problem, just say case is now closed.

For several months, the seller kept delaying and making new promises, taking advantage of my patience and goodwill. Unfortunately, despite all my trust and understanding, nothing was ever delivered. To me, this is a clear breach of trust. I strongly warn other buyers: please be careful – I lost my money and never received any goods!!!!!!!!!!!!
