Great service for finding a new tenant to help with a lease break. Have used twice now, once successfully and once with a high response rate (ended up finding renters through a different service). The team is incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure your listing has great exposure, and the best chance for success. I've recommended to apartment seekers and lease breakers alike.

I've been using the site for, I believe now, bit over a year. I have primarily been using it to find replacements to roommates that are moving out. It has been a great alternative to other popular options, such as Craigslist and Facebook. Joinery makes it very easy to post a listing. The listing can be conveniently shared on your favorite social platforms. After the listing is approved and is viewable on the site, Joinery will allow you to see a tracker counting the number of people that had seen it. Joinery provides an option for potential tenants to sign up for alerts and when a listing meets their specified requirements they get an email. As a lister, I found that to be a great feature as it gave my listing the opportunity to reach people who otherwise wouldn't have seen it. Another useful feature Joinery provides, is text notifications when someone is reaching out to schedule a time to view the place. Texts can be unsubscribed from, however, I found them very helpful. Email notifications are available as well. There are many other great features that Joinery has, such as, a lease template, identity verification and background check, and few others. Highly recommend using Joinery. My experience using their website has always been great.
