I bought a Jacket size 48 online
I bought a Jacket size 48 online I bought a Jacket size 48 online. I found out that they sent me a size 50 with a paper tag stating size 48. Contacted Joop, got a returnlabel. So far no complaints. Due to the covid situation I sent it back a few weeks later than planned. After they received it they (specialist department??) descided that the jacket has been worn because it smels to perfume...., so I cannot get my money back and never got the right size jacket that I ordered. One big Joke. The jacket stayed the whole time in our wardrobe, never ever worn it besided trying on. Every amateur can see and even smell that! I am not finished with this situation! UPDATE: They are ignoring every e-mail I send.
