JYSK COINA (BARREIRO) - Fair solution
I purchased a product at your place, brand new with a delivery service. Delivery arrived at 20:30 while I was asked to be available during the day. Once arrived on a Saturday, the packaging and goods were damaged. I reach out to the customer service which inform me that I will be contacted within the next 48hours. We then have found a fair solution which was to exchange to the new furniture + a commercial gesture. Thanks
Technically in the Stone Age
This company is in the stone age when it comes to technology. I wanted to buy a reclining chair from one of there stores but they only had one & can not sell it .They sent us to the next store in portimao that had two it was 30 minutes away.When we got there we found the chair is already assembled so would not fit in our car .I asked if they can deliver it but they wanted €120 for delivery from portimao .They said they had 2 in Olhão which is near to us & cost €50 witch is still a lot for one chair,anyway we said ok order one from there to be delivered to our home ,they could not do that we would have to drive from portimao to Olhao & pay in person to be delivered.What a ridiculous system that you can not order in store for a delivery from a another store. Not blaming the staff it’s the company’s poor technical capacity or should I say their complete lack of technical ability to order in store for.
Poor delivery - they just dump goods at the front door
Delivery takes forever and unlike other Portuguese furniture stores they just dump the goods at the front door and refuse to take inside - fine if ordering a lampshade, but terrible when ordering heavy, bulky goods. Avoid.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE!! WRONG LEAD TIMES!!
Do not buy online!!! We have always dropped by JYSK for in-store purchases. Since we have tested their sofa on site, we decided to complete the purchase online. Their website stated 12 business days and today is the 13th business day and the order is still not ready for pick up. When I reached out to their customer service, it said that it will be delivered to the store for pick up on Sep 19 which is over a month from the purchase date. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LEAD TIMES!!!
Avoid this hopeless company
Vile company deliver wrong items go back to shop to complain they deny responsibility, told to contact customer services they don't answer phone directed to chatbox, trying in vain to get a refund after 5 weeks of waiting, case now going to Decoproteste and my lawyer. Avoid at all costs.
