10/10! i was very scared to shop because of the mass amount of bad reviews BUT.
i know there are a massive amounts of bad reviews for karmaloop, all of them seem to be before 2019. i believe the company has gone through a complete restructure. i have never heard about karmaloop until this october. Everybody warned against buying from them. I found that they were selling a item of clothing i wanted really bad but couldnt afford the prices of everybody else. They were selling what i wanted for half the price as everybody else on the internet. The fact it was so cheap really made me nervous as i dont have alot of money after bills and need to starve to buy things i want and i did not wanna be ripped off. i though how in the world could they be selling this so cheap? there is no way its real. BUT i wanted this item so bad i was willing to take the chance. so i bought 2. Shipping took about 5 business days from the time i ordered. i just recieved said items and i am shocked. They are 100 percent legit! Items actually came in the brands manufacturing bag. i got two of the item for less than 1 anywhere else i would of went. I absolutely will by again and will be recommending to all of my dawgs. 10/10. Straight Clutch.

Fast and efficient delivery even though I'm from Europe and the product came from the US. Chloe from Support was super nice and helpful when I asked about a product.
Thought they were a scam turned out just poor business practices
At first I thought the company was a scam because I ordered from their site and it took my payment but gave me no order number, no shipping info and the customer service line was a joke, it just kept ringing until it just hung up on me so then I decided to check the reviews and I was horrified so I thought I got scammed. Well, well, well...my package was delivered and before Christmas as promised. I gave them 4 stars because I was so relieved it was delivered but I can't trust a company without order numbers, tracking numbers and poor customer service. Just thought I would leave a review letting you know they will ship your merchandise.
CANCER
Okkkkkk so it took a while to receive a pair of shoes and a clutch which looked cheap. The shoes was ok. My issue is that the clutch has a tag on it. This tag 🏷 says.. ⚠️ Warning. This product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadumium, which are known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm....IMMMM NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP I WISH I COULD SEND A PICTURE. It’s the red and white paisley clutch
