appointment for annual check and don't show up

Poor planning, lack of communication, and zero flexibility. Don’t do business with them.
I inherited a rental contract for a boiler that was completely rotten. It took several days for an expert to inspect the damage, and he confirmed it couldn’t be repaired and needed full replacement. Based on that, I signed a new contract assuming his assessment was processed correctly. The first inspector stated the heater’s position had to be changed, however this was not written clearly in the new contract. When the installation team arrived (during the coldest time of winter, while I had no hot water for showering or washing dishes), they didn’t bring the necessary materials to change the position. After a long call with the dispatcher, they couldn’t install the unit that day. Even the next day, they installed the new boiler in the same suboptimal position. When I asked if they could offer a discount or allow me to end the contract early—since I’ll need to change the position later—they said they couldn’t do anything. Bottom line: Poor planning, lack of communication, and zero flexibility. Don’t do business with them.

The most disorganized org i've seen in recent years
Completely useless organization; left hand has no idea of what the right one is doing and vice versa. 3 separate issues: The first was a maintenance contract that was cancelled without any request or explanation (only the activities from Kemkens obviously, the payments continued because who knows) Twice I requested an offer to replace our central heating unit, twice the identical issue: 1) Sales is proactive in the first week, offer made and accepted in days 2) suggested date for camera inspection refused because we were on holiday 3) on the day of the suggested inspection I get a phone-call "our mechanic is at your door" 4) please look-up our communication and note the "we're on holiday" message 5) Kemkens starts ghosting on any follow-up communication I could go into the level of incompetence of individuals but it would be pointless, stay away get a handyman through workspot rather than this disorganized lot and on top overpriced for what they offer at best

The worse experience ever!!
The worse experience ever!!! Over 2 years nobody was able to fix my heating finally after 2 years with no heating they replaced cv-ketle with new one. Left big mess, my kitchen window was taken out as the monteur could not connect pipe to the wall so it runs through the window outside in DECEMBER!!! 4 days before Christmas I'm with no window in the kitchen!!! Don't even reply to my emails or messages
