First time at the Ajax location.
First time at the Ajax location. Clean neat well stocked cars.. not beat and heavily stripped cars. I met Hamza jr. Bright and friendly.. Answered my questions proficiently and professionally. Knows his cars, the parts I needed.. if they had them.. where to locate them.. Keep up the great work.. Won’t go anywhere else before checking with Hamza jr.. and Ajax Kenny u-pull Cheers! All the parts got to expensive and front desk people not helping and they don’t care talking dirty I see no much people like before I ask anybody they saying most of the part more expensive then the brand new one I have many example me my self I buy from mark parts way way cheaper
Kenny U-Pull is Very Good
Had to scrap an 04 Acura MDX & price paid out was "as quoted" over the phone with No surprise under-quote BS upon arrival. Tow Truck arrived exactly in the Timeslot agreed upon & Transaction was Fast & Simple. From Now on I Call Kenny U-Pull "FIRST" should the need arise again. Great 1st time experience.
generally bad
\They have raised thier prices so much over the years that buying a part online is often cheaper. Thy often dont loosen the lug nuts and lift car up so its almost impossible to get wheels off (especially sherbrooke).I think the eco frais on top of their expensive prices is ridiculous. When selling a car, they will offer you nothing and then call you back trying to buy it cheap. They have really gone down hill since they opened.
I don't even drive
I don't even drive, they started harassing me with their chat bot then it got worse because the only thing worse than their bots is how incredibly rude they are. Seeing their bad reviews, I am not surprised considering they can't even be nice to paying customers.
