Although my initial experience with communication and cancellation was disappointing, I believe it is only fair to acknowledge the positive outcome. I appreciate the company's decision to resolve the issue in this manner and am happy to update my review accordingly. Thank you for putting things right.

I made and order my item was too big so I want to return back but I've been waiting for a update for a return label for days it's annoying as I just want to send it back asap and get my refund so I can get another size !!! They don't respond to no emails , they need live chat.
Initial Delivery was fast - Returns are not good at all
Initial delivery was fast. However, I have since tried to return the shoes using the company’s return process, and they provided me with a tracked DPD return label. According to the tracking, the shoes were delivered back to the business two weeks ago. However, the return has still not been processed, and I have received no confirmation that the shoes have been received. I have also contacted their support@ email address several times for an update but have received no response. Overall, while the initial delivery was efficient, the returns process and lack of communication from customer support have been very disappointing.
