Frustrating Experience with Support and Service

Good afternoon, I'm writing to confirm my review associated with KINRID Support Ticket number #1034968. Our goal is to shield churches from unnecessary financial and emotional strain. The issue began in February when we ordered a new website for our organization and chose to integrate KINDRID's donation system. The only change required was updating our bank account details. However, since February, we've been unable to make this update. We've been asked four times to submit a voided check and twice for a statement from the organization’s account. Each time we reached out to support, they created a new ticket and instructed us to wait 72 hours for an email, which we never received over the past three months. Meanwhile, they continue to charge a monthly subscription fee without providing any service. We are sharing our experience to warn others about this lack of professionalism and inaction. Please consider other services to ensure your needs are met. I pray for understanding and patience, and may everyone be blessed. Thank you. P.S. (04/17/2024) Hello again, After posting the review, I was contacted by the Support team via email. They informed me that it would take 2-3 business days for the Processing Team to validate my bank information. Once approved, I will receive a separate confirmation email. 2-3 days once more... I've grown quite accustomed to this waiting period...
