Love the unique styles from Kittenish!
Only giving 4 stars because of the sustainability factor -- Kittenish could do better. However, I was surprised to read negative reviews of this company! I only buy activewear from Kittenish, so this review pertains only to that type of clothing. I have found everything to be well-made and long-lasting. No fast fashion here. No issues with sizing: everything I purchased has run true-to-size (there is a size chart available on the site). Shipped quickly, packed carefully. Honestly, no complaints here, and the clothing is unique and adorable!

The website was 50% off and her stuff was so cute so I ordered 4 items and self tan drops. Made me download shop app to track shipping and it wasn't helpful at all. it wouldn't tell me where the package was in transit. When I received my order I got everything in a large- they legit fit like a XS. Extremely frustrating cause I emailed them to see if I could exchange two items as they dont fit for the same clothes but in different sizes. Said that isn't allowed. A waste of $100 and crappy customer service. I LOVE JJD but this was a fail!!!!!!!
I ordered the brown midi sweater…
I ordered the brown midi sweater dress, super cute, however when it arrived the seam under both arms were unstitched, the left arm seven inches long unstitched, this dress was coming apart at the seams literally. When I tried exchanging for another, I was told the dress was not exchangeable, I paid full price, this item was not a sales item. Never again, the stores may be super cute, but quality and customer service is awful.
Many things went wrong
Many things went wrong! First, my original order was LOST by the carrier; and had to be reordered. BUT, then I get my shipment, barely in time for my trip and the pants of a MATCHING set were NOT IN THE DELIVERY, only the top and the top was huge for an XS. It takes a minimum of 2-3 days to hear back from support. The swimsuit was cheap and ugly- nothing like the picture. I wanted to return the whole order but you cannot print a return or start a return online, you have to wait for a response from the customer service team to email you a label- which I’m still waiting on. I still haven’t received my refund on the pants that were not delivered. It’s been a nightmare dealing with Kittenish and not worth it. Sadly, I’m a huge fan of Jesse J. Decker and this was a let down.
Kittenish is Catty
Most of these reviews are for the online stores but employees at the brick and mortar are catty. No coverage, no greeting, no how can I help you, no manager on the floor. They run around with silly walkie talkies barking orders in front of customers and the store is not that big. You can feel the low quality of these overpriced items.
