Guter Kundenservice bei Problemen und leckerer Kakao
Ich habe eine größere Bestellung gemacht und ein Produkt hatte einen großen Riss gehabt in der Packung und das 100g original Schoko hatte einen Mikroriss, weshalb die Packung nicht mehr Luftdicht war. Habe die Probleme Koawach per Formular geschildert und nach 2-3 Tagen eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Die beiden Produkte wurden neu verschickt. Danke sehr für den tollen und schnellen Service.

Es war alles gut, der Versand war auch super schnell. Hatte am Mittwoch bestellt und am Freitag war meine Bestellung schon da und das Paket war auch gut verpackt. Ich würde wieder bestellen.
Sehr gute Produkte, Qualität ist top
Ich bestelle immer das Pulver (Pur und Salted Caramel) und gelegentlich auch gern die Koffein Bites. Die eignen sich super als Snack beim Trailrunning oder Wandern oder als schneller Snack vor dem Training. Die fertigen Drinks sind mir persönlich zu süß und ich vertrage Milch nicht gut. Das Pulver bereite ich nur mit heißem Wasser, etwas Stevia und ohne Milch zu. Ich schätze den kräftigen Schokoladengeschmack und finde die Qualität einfach super. Lieferzeit passt auch immer. Ein einziges Mal war die Lieferung beschädigt und der Kundenservice ließ mir umgehend Ersatz zukommen. Ich kann den Shop und die Produkte nur empfehlen.

Am Do, 25.1. habe ich bestellt, dann habe ich angefangen zu bibbern, ob denn mein Päckchen hoffentlich noch am Sa kommt, da mein Vorrat erschöpft war und ich am So nicht ohne meine geliebte heiße Pfefferminzschokolade in den Tag starten wollte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass meine Befürchtungen völlig unbegründet waren, denn bereits am Freitag, also am Folgetag, hat der Postbote das Paket gebracht. Totale Begeisterung über die Logistik machte sich in mir breit! Also keine Ahnung, was hier schief läuft, wenn Leute schreiben ihre Ware käme nicht an. Ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit Lieferungen von Koawach und bestelle dort seit Jahren regelmäßig. Die Produkte sind lecker und soweit man das als Ottonormalverbraucher nachvollziehen kann, auch fair!
