Purchased £519, refund £499 scam

Purchased £519, refund £499. Scamming Kuvings, deducted £20 without my knowing or seeing the invoice to dodgy DPD. I never knew the price, and have not see the invoice beyond emails amd beyond the call. A simple invoice ignored by Kuvings. Gosh, unopened and untouched item. If, I knew, gosh I could have saved myself some money. 16th Kan 2026 "D", stated for "A", that DPD would charge this. Well, what is their to hide. Sadly this is my address and I would like to see it for myself, beyond talk and emails. DPD returned a £600 item and reduns was £600 no deductions added. So how can Kuvings think they can scam me, without knowing the price. I paid £10 for a free gift and £10 for the juicer. I never asked for the free gift and I should not pay anything for the return, as I never paid for the delivery. If this is the place you work, why did you hide the facts of the pricing or hide the invoice that scamming dodgy football playing DPD allegedly provided to do the return to my address. Be honest and be plain without scamming me. Wow, my journey has been AWFUL with DPD, and now I have been scammed, by DPD. For me speaking about DPD playing football with the product. I paid for now refunded by Huel. DPD now charging for a return. Never before have I experienced this, has anyone experienced this before with any other company. Still learning life, this is the 1st, I felt scammed. Warming me, I will be charged and no prices, is horrid. Hey, scamming is scamming, they control and leave you without knowledge. If they told the amount, I could have made a conscious decision. No info, just daylight robbery. No phone number given, I found it amd was given the number by another from Kuvings. Please be warned ⚠️ Kuvings alledgedly may be good but customer service is most awful. If I kept the item and it broke down, they would charges my awful portions to bring back the service, but not tell you, but charge it to your bank account as they have your bank details, I guess. Most awful hidden and no invoice to customer, just daylight robbery to rip off the customer by KUVINGS.. 17th Jan 2026 refund appeared in account, minus £20. They state on the website:- "Credit for all returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment". Clearly NOT Kuvings? To ensure you are credited for your return, in a timely manner you will need a Return Authorization before returning the goods. Returns without an authorization number will delay and may even prevent your credit being processed.
