I placed a service request for my Carpet cleaning on 5th of Dec and the date selected for delivery was 9th Dec... It is 13th Dec today and I still don't have my Carpet back. They have absolutely no regards for customer service as there has been no update whatsoever on the delay that is caused from their end. There is no number you can call up to and no chat option as well. There is a useless email id provider and they respond with the same lame response , apologising for the delay and that they will do their best from their end.
